- Two most recent paystubs
- Bank statements for the past two months
- Federal Tax Returns for the past two years, including all schedules
- Investment and Retirement account statements for the past two months
- List of all your assets and liabilities
If you are retired:
- Most recent year's Social Security Awards Letter, if applicable
- Most recent year's Pension Awards Letter, if applicable
If you are self-employed:
- Business tax returns for the past two years, including K-1s
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Mortgage account information
- Homeowner's insurance policy
- School and property tax bills
